Forest School
We set up our our Forest School in April 2009 and it is run by a Forest School Leader and other qualified staff who have an enthusiasm and aptitude for outdoor activities. The Forest School is accessed through our adventure playground and along a woodland walk which by themselves are valuable learning resources.
Children from 2 years have the opportunity to experience nature and the wider environment at close quarters. We build dens , cook over campfires and the chidren learn to problem solve and take appropriate risks.
We provide the children with waterproof clothing and aim to go to Forest School in all weathers.
